Sensor Not Tracking Properly

  • In the driver, change the mouse LOD (Lift-off Distance) to 2mm.
  • Please use the Type-C cable that came with the mouse.
  • It is recommended to connect the 8K dongle directly to a USB 3.0 port on the motherboard.
  • Ensure there is no dust on the mouse or mousepad.
  • Check if the mouse battery is low. When the battery level drops below 20%, the mouse will blink red, which can affect the tracking of the cursor.
  • Check if the mouse firmware version in the driver is correct, and enable the long distance mode in the driver to avoid interference from other devices.
  • If you're running over 1khz in other video games to turn on raw input.
Mouse button loose

Please don't worry, because we reserve 0.3mm in the clearance of the button cover to ensure buttons can work stably.

How do I pair my mouse and 8K Dongle?

  • If you have two mice, you can enter the Scyrox S-center, click the icon in the upper right corner, follow the instructions to enter the pairing mode and pair. Note: You will need a second mouse from another brand to assist in the pairing process.
  • If you only have one mouse, you can download S-center, press the spacebar on your keyboard to enter pairing mode, and follow the Pairing instructions to begin the pairing process.
The difference between High-Speed mode and Competitive mode

  • High-Speed Mode: The mouse operates at normal power consumption, balancing performance and power efficiency.
  • Competitive Mode: The mouse performance is fully unleashed, which increases power consumption and reduces battery life. When you enable Competitive Mode, the mouse’s performance will be maximized, but power consumption will increase, shortening the battery life.
What is Motion Sync?

When enabled, Motion Sync increases latency slightly, though the difference is minimal.

Enabling Motion Sync results in denser movement tracking, with more sampling points being captured. This leads to smoother and more precise cursor movement.
